For over 17 years, I’ve partnered with businesses to achieve their growth goals by implementing and optimizing marketing automation and CRM platforms, streamlining processes, personalizing customer experiences, and generating leads.

  • My operations career began at Clear-Com Communications in 2001. As an Application Sales Specialist, I designed intercom solutions for broadcasters and live entertainment, directly helping them bring their productions to life. I eventually led the Customer Operations team (inside sales, support, service), ensuring smooth client experiences. However, a growing interest in CRM & marketing technology led me to explore new opportunities internally. In this new role as Business Systems Project Manager, I implemented Salesforce CRM and Eloqua marketing automation globally across the Clear-Com and Videndum brands, sparking a passion for the strategic and creative use of technology to drive marketing programs.
  • For 6.5 years at Oracle, I honed my skills through the design and implementation of large-scale marketing solutions for top Oracle EMEA CX clients, utilizing marketing cloud platforms to build bespoke lead nurturing workflows, personalized customer journeys, data integration programs and strong governance practices for over 50 enterprises.
  • In 2022, I was hired to lead the build-out and management of Meister’s marketing technology stack, collaborating closely with a strong Marketing Operations team. Together, we developed and executed automated, data-driven marketing strategies that massively improved campaign execution time, email deliverability, and customer engagement through triggered workflows from awareness to advocacy.
  • Driven by a desire to offer a wider range of marketing technology solutions, I launched my own marketing consultancy in 2024. The marketing technology landscape is always evolving, and CloudNurture empowers me to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions by adopting an agnostic approach. I’m continuously expanding my expertise in platforms like GetResponse, HubSpot, Iterable, and Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of my clients in today’s dynamic marketing technology landscape, and I’m always eager to learn and master new systems as they emerge.

I’m thankful to my family and some key mentors for the incredible opportunity to live and work in the UK, Germany, and France, where I currently call home. Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking up spicy curries with my family, diving into Nordic Noir novels and series, swimming in the mountain waters of Lake Annecy, or hitting the Alpine trails with my black lab, Charlie.

Fun fact: we initially started as “NurtureCloud,” but a fortunate domain sale allowed me to invest in a brand new drum set – a crucial element of our company culture. CloudNurture emerged as a result.
